Patan city is one of the important part of Kathmandu. It is located in the south part of Kathmandu Valley. Patan city is one of the city of Lalitpur district. It is the ancient area of Nepal. It carries Nepalese Ancient History. In the very past time, this city was one of the state of Nepal. The Malla King divided Kathmandu Valley into different three states. Out of them, Patan was one.
